What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lunasilkbeauty.com. Once we receive your email we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Purchaser pays for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When will my products ship?

We do our best to pack and ship your order within 24 hours of purchase.

Are Luna Silk Beauty products all natural?

We make our products as natural as possible. You can rest assured that we use the finest quality ingredients we can find. We do use preservatives (when we have to). Please be sure to not expose your Luna Silk products to heat as this can adversely affect the products.

My order is a gift. Can I add a personalized message to my order?

You bet! During checkout, just add your personalized message to the “note/additional info” box and we will be sure to include it in your order.

Do you offer gift cards or certificates?

You may purchase a virtual gift card from this website. Your purchase will create a unique code that can be entered at checkout by the gifted recipient. The gift card never expires.

Where can I buy Luna Silk Beauty products in person?

We are a small business supporting other small businesses. Luna Silk Beauty products can be found in salons/spas & boutiques. Please visit our store locator to find a location near you.
